Escape!!

Actually, the cats were the ones really looking to escape here, while Liam simply wants to go play with them. He locks his eyes when the cats walk into a room, and often smiles or squeals in delight at them.

Liam started out on his play gym mat, but had made great progress toward the porch where the cats were within minutes by scooting!

Pumpkin seems to be thinking, "Are you after my tail?"

Both cats evacuate the porch when they realize the baby is coming! Liam turned his head to watch Chester.

This video Michael took shows Liam's delight. He definitely is into his furry friends, but they are wise to be wary of him!


Here are a couple other cute shots from yesterday of Liam with mashed banana and making a huge mess. He was putting his fingers in his mouth more, so it seemed to be more of a success than his first taste. He seems to prefer "feeding" himself and just playing with the spoon right now.
